Eduardo Garcia Lima

Director of Academic Exchange

Eduardo works as Director of Academic Exchange at the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID). He is responsible for coordinating scholarship programs for Mexicans and foreigners that AMEXCID administers and distributes. His professional experience is focused on the advancement of educational internationalization, linking universities with public and private actors, highlighted by special projects developed between foreign universities, Mexican consulates, companies, and the public sector. He holds two master's degrees: one in Business Intelligence and the second in International Business from the California State University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies.

Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation is a decentralized unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Created on September 28, 2011, it has specific jurisdiction to address issues related to international cooperation and development.
