BCCIE is pleased to continue its commitment to the diversification and inclusion of new and emerging international education practitioners in BC through the BCIEW Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Bursary. Bursaries will cover the full registration costs and will be awarded to new and emerging practitioners in international education in BC who identify as Indigenous, First Nations or Métis Peoples, People of Colour, People with Disabilities, and members of the LGBTQI2S+ community. To facilitate the distribution of the bursaries, institution representatives will be able to apply on behalf of employees who match to the eligibility criteria.

Please note that the pre-conference workshop costs are not included and there are a limited number of bursaries available. We also ask that all bursary winners volunteer for one shift (three hours) during BCIEW.
