We are taking the best of BCIEW 2022 and our past in-person conferences and have reimagined the conference experience for BCIEW 2023. This year, BCIEW will include full day pre-conference workshops followed by three days of concurrent sessions, half-day workshops, and other speaking and networking engagements.

Call for Proposals

Interested in presenting at BCIEW 2023? Session proposals will be accepted until end of day January 30, 2023. We encourage you to submit proposals with more than one presenter as preference will be given to proposals with speakers from multiple institutions. Interested lead presenters should complete the below Session Proposal Form in full and provide as much detail as possible. Lead presenter and session speakers are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and conference registration costs. The full list of concurrent sessions will be announced spring 2023.
