Join this interactive session as we share an innovative approach to integrating microcredentials and badging into the design and delivery of field schools and international mobility programming. This session will address relevant topics that support increased intercultural learning and preparedness as well as investigate risk management associated with student mobility. Session participants will have opportunities review the approach taken by the presenters then discuss and engage each other on their experiences and perspectives on mobility programming, pre-departure, in-country intercultural learning, and pre/post return topics. Those participants from institutions receiving Global Skills Opportunity (GSO) grants will find the discussion related to leveraging virtual mobility and wrap-around funding particularly useful and applicable to their context.
