As a former Dean and VP Academic at two large BC Colleges, Tom worked alongside community partners, businesses and incubators on innovation and workforce issues. Tom specializes in skills training, global workforce trends and regional economic development. Since his retirement, Tom provides consultancy and project management around the globe, in particular in Africa and Latin America. Tom holds a master’s degree in astrophysics (LMU), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (SFU).
