Angel Cachuela is a Business Management graduate of the De La Salle University in 2001, and specialized in Entrepreneurship. She earned a Forum for International Trade Training Diploma in International Trade in July 2021. She was granted the professional designation Certified International Trade Professional (CITP®) in August 2021, which is one of the leading professional accreditation programs available to international business professionals in Canada. She has worked for the Embassy of Canada in the Philippines for over 20 years, and has been a Trade Commissioner since 2010. She is currently responsible for two priority sectors of Canada in the Philippines, Agriculture and Agri-food and Education.
