The $309 BCIEW rate at the JW Marriott Parq for a single or double room during the nights of June 22 - June 26, 2024 is now sold out. A limited number of rooms are available at the JW Marriott Parq for $349 per night. Rooms may be released, so do check back regularly. We’ve also secured additional rooms at the Douglas, the sister hotel beside the JW Marriott Parq, at a discounted rate of $349 per night. To receive the BCIEW special rate, you must book your room by June 3, 2024.

Discounted rates are for BCIEW attendees only. To ensure that our block is full, we will be doing an audit on May 10, 2024, and cross referencing our registration list with the room booking list. If you are holding a room and have not registered for our conference by this date we will release the room back into our block for other attendees to book.

In alignment with our commitment to environmental sustainability at our conference, we encourage you to consider your chosen method of transportation to Vancouver, and how it impacts your carbon footprint. Where possible, avoid air-travel and instead opt to carpool, walk-on the ferry, and take public transportation. Our conference venue is centrally located; when you're exploring Vancouver, consider walking or cycling rather than jumping in a car.
