With over 25 years of experience in service excellence, program leadership, and mental health advocacy, I support institutions across Canada in delivering impactful, student-centred wellness solutions. I lead the GuardMe Student Support Program, a tech-enabled mental wellness platform designed to meet students where they are—with 24/7 counselling, peer-to-peer connection, self-guided tools, and fitness-based supports.
