  • Profile their organization to an influential audience of top practitioners and decision makers;
  • Network online with staff and others who act as a primary liaison with international students and their families, international institutions, agencies, government and supporters;
  • Develop value-added partnerships with some of the leading international education specialists in Canada.

PLEASE NOTE: the deadline to register as a sponsor is Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

Additional Information

We’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for sponsors to engage with Summer Conference attendees! Gold, Platinum and Diamond sponsors will have the ability to host their own one-hour sessions during the dedicated Virtual Exhibit Hall times. This is an optional opportunity to host presentations, drop-in meetings, lead-generating activities and more!

A fun, new activity designed to bring delegates to your virtual booth! Sponsors who choose to participate will donate a prize with a minimum value of $50. Every time a delegate meets with a participating sponsor in the virtual exhibit hall, they will earn one entry into the sponsor prize draw. Sponsors can choose to donate any type of prize they wish, and will mail or email the prize directly to the winner after the conference. The prize will take place at the closing plenary, maximizing the number of opportunities delegates have to visit sponsor booths.

As our registration sponsor, you will have an opportunity to hold a contest in advance of Summer Conference, with a complimentary full conference pass as the prize! The contest details will be up to you, and it is a great opportunity to get the word out about your organization’s sponsorship of registration. BCCIE will help you promote it on this website and via two social media mentions.

We are pleased to offer wellness activity programming throughout the conference. Please visit our Schedule at a Glance for timing details.

Wellness programming may include activities such as yoga, meditation, or cooking lessons. If you have any great ideas, we'd love to hear from you at conference@bccie.bc.ca

Sponsor a stream of concurrent sessions all with a common theme! Streams will be identified in early- to mid-March, after our Call for Proposals closes. If you have any ideas or interest in a specific stream, we would love to hear from you at conference@bccie.bc.ca!

Our artist in residence will be carving live throughout the week and will host a 30 minute Q&A session. Please visit our Schedule at a Glance for timing details.
