This session will explore the core dimensions of how Kozminski University (Warsaw, Poland) and the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria (Victoria, Canada) were able to pivot rapidly in the summer of 2020 and create a new collaborative online-integrated learning (COIL) partnership. We will share how we collaborated with the international education departments to align pedagogical design principles, selected core faculty, and launched virtual specialization in international business in September 2020. As this format offers a cost-effective/zero carbon footprint to internationalization strategies, it will remain relevant and increase access to global learning for all students.
