We explain our ongoing practices of collaborative curriculum development, review, and redevelopment. We wrestle with the complexities of addressing multifaceted operations of privilege and oppression among students in online learning environments. Finally, we discuss our methods for being accountable for our own privileges and exercises of power, and how we work to try to ensure that they are leveraged in service to social justice agendas.
