In our constantly changing environment, it has been a challenge for many to understand what regional partners have, and likely are still experiencing in handling the day-to-day challenges of the COVID pandemic. Agents attending ICEF 2020 and 2021 Virtual events have been surveyed to voice their experiences and movement towards the 2021 and 2022 recruitment seasons.
