Date
Friday, June 25, 2021
Time
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (PDT)
Description

Post-COVID-19, governments, institutions, and businesses will continue to dramatically change how we utilize technology. Digitization will continue to transform the very ways we think about identity and the documents that international education depends on. This session introduces the Canadian Digital Charter and the Pan Canadian Trust Framework, which will shape digital interactions of government, institutions, businesses, and students into the next decade and beyond. Principles of the Charter include Universal Access, Interoperability, and Security. Ensuring the digital future is inclusive and not only for people with economic, cultural, or social privilege is at the heart of these initiatives.
