In this session, Savannah and Sarah from Global Engagement at the University of the Fraser Valley will host a cooking class where participants will be walked through how to prepare a surprise Mexican dish (drink included!). Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in the kitchen in a fun and friendly environment with colleagues. Participants are encouraged to prepare these ingredients in advance:
Dish: Oil, 2 to 4 eggs, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 2 to 4 avocadoes, 1 lime, Tortilla chips, Salsa verde, Cheese – Queso Fresco (optional), Refried beans (optional), Chicken – or replacement (optional), 
Cooking tools: 1 bowl, 1 pan, 1 knife, 1 wood spoon,
Drink: Fresh or frozen mango, 1 lime and lime juice, Ice cubes, Sugar/salt, Tequila (optional)
