Tim is a Trade Commissioner from the International Education Division at Global Affairs Canada in Ottawa where he has been working in the Mission Support unit since 2014. His objective for the BCCIE Conference this year is to meet with public, post-secondary institutions from across the country who are interested in the export of corporate/technical education services and training programs.

He holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University and Master’s degree in International Relations from Université Laval.

He has over 20 years of experience in international education having worked at the Canadian Education Centre Network (CECN) as country manager for Brazil and as a Trade Commissioner at the Trade Office of Canada in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil.
