Melissa is the Senior Director, Strategic Engagement at CBIE, where she brings nearly 20 years of experience in international education, partnership development, and cross-sectoral collaboration. In her current role, Melissa leads strategic initiatives that elevate CBIE’s national and global presence, cultivating relationships with government, member institutions, and industry. Melissa also provides leadership across CBIE’s membership, research, learning, and engagement portfolios. She is responsible for convening the sector through CBIE’s annual conference and spearheading initiatives including the CBIE International Student Survey, community engagement efforts, and professional learning programs.
