Emmanuel Carrillo earned a Master's degree in Management and Direction of Educational Centers as well as a Law degree. He is currently coursing a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. He’s the President of Universidad Tecnológica El Retoño since 2019, the first bilingual university in Mexico. He is committed to consolidate the Bilingual-International-Sustainable educational model to support the bilingualism in Aguascalientes.

Griselda de la Torre joined the University of Guadalajara (UDG) in july 2019. First, she held the position of Responsible for International Programmes in the Coordination for Internationalization. Since july 2020, she is the Head of the Unit of Internationals Affairs. She holds a Bachelors Degree in International Affairs at the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, in Mexico City and a Masters Degree in Applied Public Management at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). Nowadays, Ms. De la Torre is in charge of the student mobility programmes of the University of Guadalajara (incoming and outgoing). She is interested in promoting international cooperation, bilateral and multilateral cooperation projects and particularly in subjects regarding institutions’ challenges for internationalization and International networks.

Eduardo is Director of Academic Exchanges at the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID). He is responsible for the scholarship programs for Mexicans and foreigners that AMEXCID administers.

He focuses on advancing educational internationalization, linking universities with public and private actors, and projects between foreign universities, Mexican Consulates, industry, and the public sector.

More recently he worked as executive secretary of the councilman Antonio Navarro Padilla in the administration of San Francisco del Rincón, Guanajuato.

He currently serves as Executive Secretary of the General Director of JuventudEsGTO where he is committed to the personal, professional and international development of the youth of the state of Guanajuato.

César Gutiérrez Jurado is the President of the Mexican Association for International Education (AMPEI) since 2020.

Mr. Gutiérrez was previously Director of International Programs at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (2014-2021), as well as Full-time professor at the School of Philosophy and Letters of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH)

He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso(UTEP) with a degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication . He has a Master's Degree in Higher Education from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua.

Guillermo Lara holds a Bachelor's degree on International Relations and Politics from the University of Sheffield. He has worked on government relation building as consular intern at the British Embassy in Mexico City.

As Trade Commissioner Assistant at the Consulate of Canada in Guadalajara, Mexico, he supports the Trade team and has gained experience in the different sectors covered by the Consulate. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Elías Ledesma Orozco is a mechanical engineer from the University of Guanajuato (Mexico), with a Master and Doctorate degree in the same field. He has been a Research Professor at the University of Guanajuato (UG) since 1995.

He earned a postdoc from the University of California (UC), USA.

Dr. Ledesma has lectured at conferences in Mexico, Japan, U.S. and Taiwan. He has promoted international agreements such as the Double Degree Program of the Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering with Hiroshima U, and the Trilateral Program of scholarships with Nagaoka U and Topy Industries, all in Japan.

He has served as a Coordinator of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and is current Director of the International Relations and Academic Collaboration.

Leoncio is an anthropologist from Universidad Panamericana but worked as commercial airline pilot for Mexicana Airlines from 1985 to 2010.

He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Protocol and Event Management at Universidad Panamericana.

He's interested in International Education and regularly attends NAFSA, in the United States; EAIE in Europe and APAIE in Asia Pacific.

He participates in annual meetings with several Latin America's Higher Education Institutions from: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.

He represents Universidad Panamericana as a member of the Consortium for Cooperation and Internationalization of Higher Education of the State of Jalisco, Mexico.

Antonio hails from San Francisco del Rincon, Guanajuato. Formerly an airplane pilot, he has worked in multiple leadership positions though his career.

He worked as Executive Assistant of the Social and Human Development Government State Office.

In addition, he was Director of Regional Articulation and later councilman for the San Francisco del Rincon city council between the years 2018 to 2021.

He also works at the National Trainers system for the Accion Nacional Party. Currently he serves as General Director of JuventudEsGto.
