Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong, a government and business executive, presently serves as Mabalacat City College's College President. Her tenure as President is marked by numerous pioneering programs with two of MCC's pandemic responses being finalists at the Times Higher Education Awards in Asia.

Her passion for promoting social inclusivity is evident in her programs, such as the Pro Plus for working students and with disabilities, the First Generation for families without college graduates, the I-Peace for indigenous communities, the Life Long Learning for adults seeking workforce reintegration, and the Crimson Honors for academically gifted students.

Under her leadership, MCC has become a benchmark destination. Its exceptional use of technology and community development programs have contributed to this. Furthermore, she implemented effective transformations in student life, internationalization, and organizational culture.

Dr. Aguilar-Ong has a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of the Philippines-Manila, as well as Master's and Doctorate in Public Administration from Don Honorio Ventura State University, where she received the meritissimus distinction for both. Along with a coaching certificate from the Chartered Management Institute in London, she was a scholar for the Community College Administrators Program by the US Department of State at Florida State University.

Dr. Elsie M. Pacho is the current Vice President for Academic Affairs of the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University. As the VPAA, Dr. Pacho is directly responsible to the University President for carrying out all educational policies, for implementing all programs and projects of the institution, and for supervising curricular, instructional, and other academic activities in the institution. She is also responsible in design programs that promote interdisciplinarity, collaboration and lifelong learning; and is engaged with local and international partners and networks. Prior to her present designation, Dr. Pacho rose from the rank as a classroom teacher of mathematics to becoming Campus Head of Instruction, and University Director for Instruction. She obtained her Phd in Mathematics Education at the Centro Escolar University.

Dr. Rhonda T. Padilla is the President of Panpacific University. Her stewardship and resilience, together with her officials, were able to make the University an ISO 9001:2015 certified and receive a QS rating of 3 stars, among 27 Universities in the Philippines, making it the only private university in Northern Luzon. Since its operation, the University’s flagship programs have been Maritime, Criminology, and Education. Additionally, Panpacific University is the sole university within the area duly accredited to offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Dr. Padilla is a graduate of Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at Saint Louis University, Baguio City. She also holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management. She joined the Executive Course for Philippine Education Leaders in the National University Singapore-School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE); and took the Leadership Development Program for Presidents in Denmark, organized by the International Association of University Presidents. She is currently affiliated with different associations such as the International Association of University Presidents, the Asian University Presidents Forum, the Association of the Universities of Asia and the Pacific, and Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities.

University, in the Philippines. He is the OIC-dean of the Panpacific
Graduate School, and Panpacific Business School, and the current director
of the Office of International Linkages.
He taught in Gyeongju University in Gyeongju, Korea in 2013. He taught
business subjects for two years in the world-class School of Business
Administration at the Dankook University, Yongin, South Korea.
He is an active member of the Association of Filipino Educators in Korea,
where he served as a secretary for 3 years, and the Council of ASEAN
Professors in Korea. He is also secretary of the P2A Philippines and the
country representative to the international secretariat of

She has a doctorate degree in Agricultural Economics, Major in Natural Resource Economics with Cognates in Environmental Science and Management which she obtained at the University of the Philippines, Los Banos, Laguna in 2001. She obtained her Bachelor of Sciencecin Business Administration at the Philippine School of Business Administration, Manila. She is a Registered Agriculturist and a Resource Economist. Dr. Ultra was hailed as one of the Regional Awardees of the Presidential Lingkod Bayan 2022 for showing exceptional contributions resulting from an idea or performance which impact ripples through the country’s public interest by the Civil Service Commission. She is also a recipient of the Gawad Banyuhay ng Katatagan 2022 and has been awarded as an Outstanding UPLB Alumni Award 2022.
