Description

This session will explore the challenges and barriers that international students and graduates face, and solutions to help them create their ultimate success in achieving a quality degree and meaningful career.

Through a decade of learning and experiments in Canadian higher education, this session will share a key to resolving some seemingly complex issues that international students and higher education institutions face. That is to bridge the historical gap of academic studies and career development through creating a holistic approach to international education that not only imparts academic knowledge but also equips students with the skills, experiences, and guidance needed for a seamless and successful transition into their chosen careers. Though this might not resolve all challenges that international students face, however it will allow them to create impactful and ultimate academic and career success in their adventure of international education.
