As a Teaching and Learning Specialist in internationalization, my role is to support faculty seeking to enhance the intercultural, international, and global dimensions to their courses and programs. I hold a PhD in Teaching English as a Second Language from UBC and have taught courses at five different universities in Canada and Europe. I currently produce a podcast called Ekta: Learning differently, together - it features the stories of international students, including what makes them feel powerful and powerless.
