                                                    Elizabeth (EJ) Brin oversees the strategic direction for BCCIE programming, market support and partnership activities, and stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about embedding equity and inclusion in all areas of her work including BCCIE’s ongoing professional development programming and intercultural, international, and indigenous initiatives. EJ is deeply committed to developing strong partnerships inside BC, across Canada, and abroad as well as building bridges across communities through BCCIE’s regional and international initiatives, Mentorship Program, the BC Study Abroad Consortium, and BCCIE’s annual Summer Conference.
EJ has nearly15 years of experience in project management, research, and program development in the field of international education at institutions and organizations in BC and abroad. She holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education from University of British Columbia, is a certified IDI Administrator, and recently finished her posting as an elected Chair member of NAFSA Region I. Along with her passion for people, the ocean and mountains, she enjoys making things happen and building her skills as a leader, mentor, and educator in the field of international education.
