Geoff is the Director, IELTS for IDP based in Canada. He joined IDP and IELTS in 2015 and has 10+ years of experience overseeing the end-to-end operations of IELTS. In his role Geoff supports IELTS test centres along with organizations with an aim on providing an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the high level of quality and security that IELTS has been come to be known for.
