Punwalai Kewara currently serves as the Assistant to the President for International Relations at Burapha University, Thailand. In this role, she leads the university’s global engagement strategies, oversees international academic partnerships, and supports student and faculty mobility programs. With a strong background in teacher education and intercultural communication, she also lectures at the Faculty of Education. She contributes to the development of English-medium instruction (EMI) and Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) initiatives. Dr. Kurukitkoson holds a Ph.D. in Photonics from Aston University, United Kingdom, and is dedicated to advancing engineering education and regional innovation through strategic leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Grichawat is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration and the Associate Dean for Academic, Research, And Global Affairs of the College of Local Administration, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. His research interests include local governance, decentralization, fiscal federalism, intergovernmental relations, public participation, and transparency. His peer-reviewed academic articles have been published in the International Journal of Public Sector Management, Australian Journal of Public Administration, Asia-Pacific Social Science Review, Journal of Public Affairs, the Social Science Journal, and State and Local Government Review. He also co-authored a chapter on local government in Routledge Handbook of Contemporary Thailand (2020) and a chapter on decentralization on Routledge Handbook of Comparative Rural Policy (2020). In 2019, he was awarded the Outstanding Young Researcher Award by Khon Kaen University.

Wipawee Usaha is the Director of the Center for International Affairs at Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand. She is active in climate action collaborations, working with partners to promote climate-neutral sustainable tourism, protect wildlife and forests, and reduce carbon footprints at a world heritage site. Dr. Usaha is also the co-founder and R&D advisor for two innovative health-tech startups, spun off from university research, focusing on affordable healthcare and wellness solutions for vulnerable groups, including the elderly, chronic disease patients, caregivers, and healthcare personnel.
Her research interests span wireless sensors, signal processing, machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), and resource allocation in communication networks. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Communications and Signal Processing Group, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, UK.
