Adriana Aguilera Arrieta
Born in Mexico City. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and a Postgraduate Degree in International Cooperation from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. The Mexican Institute for Critical Studies awarded her both a Master's Degree and a Doctorate Degree in Critical Theory.
Before collaborating with the University of Guanajuato, she worked for the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Organization of American States coordinating the scientific and technical cooperation projects with Caribbean countries.
At the University of Guanajuato for more than 25 years, she has held various academic and administrative positions. Since November 2023, she serves as the Director of Internationalization.
