Kate Jennings has worked in the international education sector in progressive leadership roles at five higher education institutions in three provinces in Canada over the past 27+ years. As Founder and Principal at Jennings International Education Leadership & Training, Kate works with individuals, associations, and institutions as a senior leadership advisor to support their international education leadership, strategic planning, and staff training needs. Kate was listed in The PIE’s 50 voices of 2023 – North American edition and in 2021 was awarded the British Columbia Council for International Education (BCCIE) International Education Distinguished Leadership Award. Kate is also the current Past-Chair for NAFSA's International Education Leadership Knowledge Community (IEL-KC). Kate identifies as a person with disabilities and brings this lens to her work and advocacy roles.
