Terms and Conditions
1. Attendees receive two stamps when they visit Diamond sponsor booths, increasing booth traffic and engagement.
2. Within each sponsorship tier, opportunities including exhibitor table location are on a first-come, first-served basis in order of payment received. We encourage you to confirm options and submit your payment as soon as possible. Email conference@bccie.bc.ca for more information.
3. Diamond and Platinum social media mentions will be scheduled and produced by BCCIE. Gold and Silver sponsors will be collectively recognized by sponsorship tier. BCCIE reserves the right to select the appropriate social media channel for recognition.

WELLNESS LOUNGE
$12,500
Be the sponsor that brings wellness to BCIEW 2026! This highly customizable opportunity provides a space for your team’s wellness ideas, from product giveaways to massage chairs and more. This package includes two complimentary full conference passes, prominent signage provided by BCCIE, a verbal acknowledgement in the opening remarks, and digital and print promotion.

LANYARDS
$7,000
All delegates receive lanyards with their name badges and are required to wear them throughout BCIEW. This is a high-visibility sponsorship opportunity. As our exclusive lanyard sponsor, you will be consulted in the design process of the lanyards and will have your logo prominently displayed.
HOTEL KEY CARDS
$5,000
The sponsor of this exclusive opportunity will have their logo displayed on the hotel key cards of delegates staying at the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort. This year’s key cards will be made from wood, providing an opportunity to support a sustainable initiative to reduce single use plastics.
WI-FI
$4,000
Wi-Fi is an essential part of keeping delegates engaged and connected. As the Wi-Fi sponsor you will choose the password for the BCIEW network and users will be directed to your organization’s website after logging in. Wi-Fi users will be required to reconnect after a period of inactivity, providing repeated visibility for your organization throughout BCIEW. Your sponsorship will also be acknowledged through print materials at the registration desk and in session rooms.
BCIEW MOBILE APP
$3,000
Secure the opportunity to put your organization in front of delegates as they use our mobile app to navigate BCIEW. As the official app sponsor, your organization will be showcased in the mobile app and in an e-blast acknowledgement when the app is officially launched.
VOLUNTEER LOUNGE
$2,000
Sponsor a comfortable space for volunteers to start and end their shifts and spend time between volunteer duties. BCCIE will stock the lounge with snacks and beverages as a part of your sponsorship! Benefits also include recognition on our website, onsite signage, and verbal recognition at the conference. There is also an optional opportunity to brand the volunteer t-shirts for an additional charge.
REGISTRATION
$1,500
All delegates will see your organization’s sponsorship of this opportunity when they register online and when they arrive in person. Signage at the registration desk will be prominently displayed throughout the event.
BURSARY SPONSORSHIP
$1,025
Bursaries offer an ideal way to give back to the international education community and provide a wonderful networking opportunity to a deserving professional. With sponsorship of a bursary, you are enabling the participation of someone who may not otherwise be able to attend the conference. Your generous contribution will be acknowledged by your logo being displayed as a Bursary sponsor on the BCIEW website.
Please note that this opportunity must be selected before the bursary application deadline of April 8, 2026.
